About the Holding

History

History starts in 1992, when Kvadro spol s.r.o. installed first transport safety and telecommunication devices.

With regard to an increasing orders volume appeared the necessity to advance to a higher standard of confidence and financial guarantees. That was why joint-stock company Trakce was founded in 1999. Trakce, a.s. gradually took over activities of Kvadro spol. s.r.o.

In 2001 Trakce, a.s. merged with A.K. signal a.s. Ostrava and Perner spol. s.r.o. All the time company builds up the tradition of a reliable business partner in various tasks realizations.

CONTEMPORANEITY

Trakce,a.s. is certified according to ČSN EN ISO 9001:2001 a ISO 14001:2005 quality management standards in following fields :
  • Development, project planning, transport safety and telecommunication devices assembly and reconstruction
  • Installation, repair and service of electic devices
  • Transport and terrestrial building construction

Contrary to 20 employers at the beginning, there are 200 employees employed by the company. Premises of the company are located in Ostrava, Bohumín Skřečoň, Vrbice, Opava and Olomouc.

Nowadays our company is split into two solution divisions. They are electric solutions division and construction division (see company structure). We supply complete services including planning and projection in both of mentioned company divisions.
