TRAM CROSSINGS SUPERVISION

The MPC module drives and checks tram rail-switches. The tram rail-switches are controlled by RS485 interface and binary inputs. They connect inductive loops a give information about passing trams.

System description:

The tram rail-switches together with traffic lights are set according to requested direction. The module itself as well as its behaviour can be checked remotely from supervision center.

The MPC module state information are signalized by LED indicators and LCD display. Because of many detailed information about module state the data are showed subsequently through several display screens. LED indicators belong to the input, output and communication ports and get high with port active. The module can be controlled locally and remotely. The local access is ensured by three softkeys under display, further by four arrow keys with fifth enter key next to display. The operation data can be recorded on removable memory card.
